Simply email support@refreshpublishing.com and tell us why you’d like a refund (it’s the only way we can know how to improve our products). Also let us know that you have deleted all digital or other copies of your purchased product.

We will do our best to reply and get the return process started within one week (usually much sooner, but in case the kids all get sick at once….). The rest is up to the payment processor, but you should see your money back within a week after that.
