You should receive an email including download instructions within ten minutes of your payment processing. If not, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please email support@refreshpublishing.com, and we’ll do our best to take care of any issues as soon as possible. Be sure to include your name and order number with your email.
We accept major credit or debit cards and are working on setting up other payment gateways. Please let us know if there’s one you would prefer.
Of course! We understand, sometimes a download isn’t what you expected. Sometimes you realize a product just isn’t for you. That’s why we offer a free 30-day no-hassle refund for any reason.
Simply email support@refreshpublishing.com and tell us why you’d like a refund (it’s the only way we can know how to improve our products). Also let us know that you have deleted all digital or other copies of your purchased product.
We will do our best to reply and get the return process started within one week (usually much sooner, but in case the kids all get sick at once….). The rest is up to the payment processor, but you should see your money back within a week after that.Â
We’re so glad you’re enjoying our products enough to want to share them with others! That said, each product in our store represents many dozens (sometimes hundreds) of hours of work, and is one of the ways we support our own family.
You are welcome to share your downloads with anyone in your immediate family (those living under your roof), but if you’d like to give the files to anyone else, please purchase another copy and forward to them, or contact us about setting up a gift certificate so they can have their own account access (support@refreshpublishing.com).
